Morning Announcements January 31, 2008 Good morning! Today is the Feastday of St. John Bosco. In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.......Amen! For peace in our world, our nation, our community, our school and our hearts, we pray…Lord, hear us! For Catholic schools, that they may always ‘light the way’, we pray….For those who suffer the injustice of prejudice, that we may be a part of the solution, not the problem, we pray…For those whose lives are trivialized or undervalued by our society, especially the unborn and the elderly, that we may embody Christ for them and recognize and act upon opportunities to come to their aid, we pray…. For those among our families & friends who suffer from illness of mind, body or spirit, we pray…For the special intentions you hold in your hearts, we pray…Lord, hear us! Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Both coaches work hard for their teams and let us officials do our jobs. I would like to have one a week like this one was.
