| In order to make up
the difference between the cost of a Bishop LeBlond education and
the tuition ($4,100 for the 2007-2008 school year), LeBlond holds
many fund raising activities and events. The support of the alumni,
Bishop LeBlond and St Joseph communities make these events successful
and make quality Catholic high school education possible.

Night of Golden Stars
Bishop LeBlond’s premier fund raising event, Night of Golden
Stars, will be held November 10, 2007, at Bishop LeBlond in the
Grace Gymnasium. Gifts items of any type, size, and dollar value
are greatly appreciated. If you own a business, consider offering
a service, a gift certificate, a product or a cash donation. The
$100 per person 2006 fund raiser raised more than $102,000, for
the school's general operations.
NFL Raffle
Through this program, individuals can purchase a raffle ticket
for $20 for the entire 17-week NFL football season. Each ticket
carries 17 different three team combinations for each week of
the season. Cash prizes of $1,100 are awarded each of the 17 weeks
to individuals with the highest and lowest combined weekly scores.
A total of $18,700 is given away over the 17-week period. Tickets
are available at LeBlond.
Golf Tournament
The 3-man scramble is held the Friday of Memorial weekend at Fairview
Golf Course in St Joseph. This year the date is May 25. The $75
fee includes prizes, lunch and refreshments, and a hole-in-one
opportunity to win a new car. This year we are soliciting $100
hole sponsors. Revenue generated will be placed in a Science Laboratory
Renovation Fund.
Carnival
The 36th carnival will be held on September 21, 22, and 23, 2007.
The event features rides and a PTO food booth. Presale tickets
are a considerable savings over tickets purchased at the carnival.
Presale tickets may be purchased from any LeBlond student, and
are redeemable for carnival rides and food booth items. Presale
tickets will be available in mid August.
Walk-A-Thon
Each spring, LeBlond students solicit pledges for a 10-K walk.
