Bishop LeBlond High School competes in both girls and boys track. We offer varsity and junior varsity opporunities for athletes. The team is coached by Kim Huss. She is assisted by Brad Hankins and Gregg Mrkvicka. After many years of being without a home track, a generous donation changed that in 2004. A new stadium was constructed for the purpose of hosting football, soccer, and track, as well as providing additional opportunities for physical education classes. Since the construction of the outdoor stadium, Bishop Leblond has begun hosting their own track meet and has been awarded district track meets by Missouri State High School Activities Association.
2011 Season - The Bishop LeBlond track team had four athletes qualify for the state meet in 2011. Dayle Dickens, Elizabeth Lukens, Robert Pyatt and Jackie Ziesel all qualified to compete at the highest level in high school track competition, in which Senior Jackie Ziesel medaled in the 300 meter hurdles, placing 4th.
