The girl's soccer program at Bishop LeBlond was born in the spring of 2003. Prior to that season, girls were allowed to participate on the boy's soccer team. Girl's soccer offers the opportunity to play at the varsity and junior varsity levels. The team plays home games at Eagle Stadium, on the campus of Bishop Leblond. For a young program, the team has had much success, winning district titles in 2010 and 2011. Numerous players have earned college scholarships to compete at the next level. The team is coached by Ken Girard, the only coach in the history of the program.
2011 Season - The 2011 LeBlond girls soccer team won their second consecutive district title. Erin Christiansen was recognized with several post-season honors which included All-News Press, 1st team all-city, 1st team all-conference, 1st team all-district, all-Kansas City, and 2nd team all-state.
Renata Odongo was honored with All-News Press, 1st team all-city, 1st team all-conference, 1st team all-district, all-Kansas City, and 2nd team all-state.
Lauren Josendale was recognized on the all-Kansas City team, 1st team all-city, 1st team all-district, and 2nd team all-conference.
Sydney Olinger was named to the all-Kansas City team, 2nd team all-district, and honorable mention all-conference.
Monica King and Averi Coffee were both named all-Kansas City, 1st team all-city, 1st team all-district, and honorable mention all-conference.
Named to 2nd team all-district and honorable mention all-conference was Kaitlyn Crotty, while Shelby Surmeier was named to 2nd team all-conference and 2nd team all-district.
Receiving all-district honorable mention honors were Hailey Slater and Kayla Grieshaber. Danielle Beers was named to the honorable mention all-conference team.
