50-54 The Golden Eagles dropped a close MEC contest to Smithville on Tuesday night at Grace Gymnasium. LeBlond was led in scoring by seniors Joe Voltmer and Sage Barnes, both with 13 points. Junior Jacob Madden also finished in double figures with 10 points.
The boys finish off their home schedule on Friday night against Benton. Senior basketball players and winter sport cheerleaders will be recognized before the varsity contest.
