The Bishop LeBlond dance team, coached by Mrs. Adrienne Smith, has a tradition of tremendous success. The dance team participates in the football jamboree, the basketball city showcase, the Lee's Summit Invitational Competition and the MO State Dance Team Championships.
2010/2011 - Congratulations to the dance team for their great showing at the Missouri State Dance competition. The LeBlond team placed first in the 1A state dance division. They placed second in the 1A State pom division and they finished the overall competition as a third place 1A dance team in Missouri.
Several dance team members earned places on the Academic All-State team: Lily Tighe, Lizzie Mellencamp, Erin Dillon, Emma Merrigan, and Maeve Goad. The LeBlond dance team also had three All-Academic Team medalists for outstanding achievement in academics: Erin Dillon, Maeve Goad and Emma Merrigan.
